2. When will my order ship?
Panache Handicraft endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
3. When will my order be delivered?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Pacific time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Standard Ground: within 3 to 8 business days.
4. What does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions whereby the shipping rates will change.
5. Do you ship outside the continental United Kingdom?
Our online store can process orders placed from or shipped to locations around United Kingdom.
6. By which carrier will my order be shipped?
We ship via FedEx.
7. What if I change my mind after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed and confirmed at Panache Handicraft, you cannot make changes online. For assistance please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
As long as the purchase was made within the time frame specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Please use original Kashmir packaging for all returns. Merchandise purchased and returned within 14 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt . After 14 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.
9. What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?
If your return is a result of error on our part (products received damaged or incorrect order fulfillment), we will refund all shipping charges on receipt of product and verification of the condition stated. If your return is NOT a result of error on our part, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. We will issue your refund only after the returned merchandise reaches us in the condition stated above. You should insure the parcel when sending back to us. All returns should reach us within 14 days of purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
10. Will my order be taxed?
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. We do not charge sales tax.
11. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

12. Can I see a record of my transactions with Panache Handicraft?
By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your User Profile. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing.
